Batts Residence
Building custom homes is something we love to do. Yet, building a house for Allen and Caryl Batts brought extra pleasure as this beautiful structure replaced the home they had lost to a terrible wildfire that had ravaged the Reno area.
The goal of this project was to recapture the essence of the house they had lost, while bringing it back to life with modern amenities and a new French Country motif. Understanding it was an emotional experience for the Batts, we strove to make the process of building their new home as streamlined as possible, while ensuring we captured their full vision each step of the way.
There is no one we trust more with our building projects than Tim Milton Construction. When our home burned down due to a wildfire, Jim, Tim and their talented team treated us with compassion and professionalism as we literally dug our lives out of the ashes. They not only built us a new house of our dreams but we’ve used their fine services on many occasions for tenant improvements in the building we own for our business. We’ll be forever grateful to them.
